Community Labs is uniquely placed at the center of the Arweave ecosystem to help build foundational tools and infrastructure that solve pain points for developers and users. Through our Venture Studio, Community Labs identifies founders and founding teams we believe have the ability to identify product ideas and the capability to create, develop, and nurture products from inception to mass adoption.
Our vision for the ecosystem led us to recently publish an idea roadmap of products and protocols that strike at the core of developer tooling, consumer use cases, public goods, and mass adoption. We invite founders who align with our vision and mission and are excited by these foundational opportunities to join Community Labs and start building!
Protocol Development Cycle
The Studio develops protocols through our core operating system:
- Identifying and prioritizing critical ecosystem needs and opportunities
- Seeding projects with talent and capital
- Developing projects to address those needs or opportunities
- Scaling projects into sustainable organizations
- Offering projects a pathway to independence
Want to build with us?
Interested in becoming a protocol founder? Join us as a Community Labs Fellow and work with existing founding teams and protocols while you build your MVP. We look for Fellows that are passionate about building quickly and intelligently, are coachable, and have a strong desire to build something from the ground up. In return, Community Labs will support founding teams through the product life cycle with both operational and technical resources as well as mentorship and coaching.
We take care of builders and teammates so they can focus on building with low drag in a high impact environment. If you need something justifiable we handle it. We aren’t an accelerator nor an incubator. We are trusted partners that build in step with and in support of the Fellows that we onboard. We are whatever you need because companies are sums of people with individual needs. Companies are communities. Community Labs.
